Brownie under the bed

Dogs are strange sometimes.  Brownie likes to wedge herself under the bed.  She doesn't do it often, but there are days.  She has to lie on her side, scratch with her feet and I believe she has to exhale to get herself under there.  One time I couldn't find her, and I walked through the house calling her.  Finally I came back, and saw her nose sticking out from under the bed.  She was stuck, and I had to lift up the side of the bed to release her.  After that, she went several weeks without taking her trip down under.  Tonight, though, I heard the frantic scratching that means she's going under.  She weighs almost 55 pounds, and she really is much too big to fit under there.  I won't mention it to her, though.

haha...my sister's dog does that! I don't know what it is? They solved it by raising the bed frame so she has room to roll around and she loves it! :)

That's a thought. She just likes hiding under the bed. She has to lie on her side while she's under there, it can't be comfortable, but she does it.
